The Good and The Bad

Huskies are:

  • Sweet natured (mine loves to be with me)
  • suitable for the whole family (also my daughters)
  • very friendly (mine does not bark at people)
  • gentle
  • escape artist (mine digs out and breaks fence)
  • long living
  • active (mine loves to play)
  • independent
  • strong (mine pulls me all over the yard)
  • able to carry heavy loads
  • very hyper
  • very smart

Huskies Are Not:
  • Guard dogs (to friendly to guard)
  • not very obedient (mine has a mind of her own)
  • not meant for just one person (mine loves people)
  • do not get along with small animals (mine killed opossum)
  • they don't like to be pulled on
  • don't like to be yelled at
